Hiya, the video lists a couple of different outlets of entertainment that show the repercussions of what the environment would look like if it were to be destroyed and some really fun ways of showing how we humans can enjoy nature. This video idea was slightly inspired by Mr. Beast and Mark Rober and their #TeamSeas campaign on youtube where they want to raise 30 million dollars with organizations to remove trash and plastic out of the ocean. For every dollar raised that is one pound of trash out of the ocean.
My video tackles how we have hurt the environment and have brought so many animals to extinction because of our actions. So just like every top 5 list on youtube, I decided to make a positive change and help promote saving the environment. "They were born out of the protests against the World Economic Forum (WEF) in New York City" (The Interventionists, 55). In the interventionists, there is a reference to a protest of Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld on signs with "Got oil?" This is a reference to the Got Milk advertisement we always see and to the fact that the US is always trying to get more oil. It becomes a meme whenever new land or new information of pockets of oil the US is going to get there first.
